CTC bids farewell to Chuck Herro
Consider the Conversation is mourning the passing of Charles Herro, father-in-law of producer Terry Kaldhusdal, and one of the biggest supporters of our film work.
Chuck appeared in both Consider the Conversation: A Documentary on a Taboo Subject (as Jack the Magician in “Magic” and kissing his wife, Pat, in Marty Welsh’s “100 Things”) and Consider the Conversation 2: Stories about Cure, Relief, and Comfort (as one of the seriously ill patients we interviewed).
Chuck taught us a lot about the meaning of life, love, and living. And, made sure our focus was razor sharp throughout.
“Who the hell wants to watch a movie about dying?” he once asked us.
“A movie about how you want to live at the end of your life? Now that’s something people would like to see!”
Yes, indeed, Chuck. Yes, indeed.
